Perspectives on the future of private credit portfolio management
At IPEM Global Paris, Rafael Calvo, Managing Director and Head of European Private Credit Portfolio Management, joined industry participants for a discussion on “Portfolio Management for the Future: Due Diligence, Data and Disclosure.”
The panel explored how transparency and data-driven portfolio management are reshaping manager selection and due diligence in today’s investment environment.
Colleagues from Clearlake and Pathway Capital Management were also on the ground in Paris, connecting with clients and industry participants from across the private markets ecosystem.
Key Takeaways
Transparency is becoming a differentiator: LPs increasingly expect timely visibility into portfolio performance, credit quality, and risk, not just fund-level returns.
